On or about October 4, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to possible entrapment due to exit signs located at the south side interior room of the wide format area and at the north side of the front area which were not illuminated by a light source of at least five foot-candles. The exit signs would be difficult to see in the event of an emergency.
