29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets, personal fall arrest systems, safety monitor, or combination of warning line system with guardrails, safety nets, personal fall arrest systems, or safety monitor:     On or about October 5, 2016, the employer failed to ensure employees exposed to a fall of approximately 14 feet were protected by the use of adequate fall protection.      NOTE: On low-slope roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width the use of a safety monitoring system without the use of a warning line system is permitted.
