29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purposes for which they were designed:    a. 63 Helen St., Fanwood, NJ    The employer allowed employees to use ladders in a manner not intended by the manufacturer.  Employees used a fiberglass A-frame ladder in the closed position as a means of access/egress from the basement level.     Violation observed on or about October 5, 2016
