29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) South Roof Surface: On or about October 5, 2016 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure the roofing subcontractor's employees were using fall protection while removing and replacing shingles which exposed them to falls up to 11-feet.  b) North Roof Surfaces: On or about October 5, 2016 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure the roofing subcontractor's employees were using fall protection while removing and replacing shingles which exposed them to falls up to 9-feet.
