29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:    a) 9 Julie Drive, Edison, NJ 08820. The employer allowed his employees to conduct Rip/Tear roofing activities on the roof of a two story home with no fall protection systems in place exposing the employees to fall hazards.
