OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fire hazard:  a) 940 Boston Turnpike Rd., Shrewsbury, MA: On or about October 3, 2016, a 50 gallon drum of motor oil was stored and/or dispensed from while immediately adjacent to the gas fueled water heater for the dealership. Among other methods, feasible and acceptable means to correct this violation is to adhere to the warning label/sticker the manufacturer of the water heater affixed to the exterior of the water heater, which states,
