29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:     The employer is failing to ensure that all employees exposed to fall hazards while working on a residential roof are utilizing fall protection.  This most recently occurred on October 5, 2016 on the jobsite located at 7112 S. 45th St., Lincoln, NE 68516.  Employees were observed reroofing the residence on a 6 in 12 steep sloped roof at heights of approximately 10 feet above the ground.
