29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 10/05/2016, employees from Wilken Seamless Guttering, Inc. were installing guttering on a residence located at 113 Venice Circle, St. Peters, MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   An employee was observed on the roof of the building approximately seventeen feet above the ground without fall protection, exposing him to a fall to the ground below.
