Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 10/05/2016, employees from The One by Maximus LLC were replacing shingles on the roof of  a residence located at 123 Venice Circle, St. Peters, MO. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   The crew leader and six employees were observed on the roof of the building approximately nine feet above the ground without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
