29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):  Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling:    (a) On or about October 11, 2016 in the beauty salon at 189-03 Jamaica Avenue, Jamaica, NY 11423    Between hair dryers located midway through the salon, on the right facing the rear of the salon, a relocatable power tap was connected in series (daisy chained) to a second relocatable power tap to power a hair dryer, while employees performing work duties were present in the salon.    WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
