29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) At 8345 East Chase Parkway, Montgomery, Alabama: On or about October 12, 2016 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees operating an aerial lift on site were wearing a harness and tied off to the lift exposing the employee to a fall hazard of up to 20 feet to the ground below.
