(b) Component Cutter saw area: On or about October 12, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazard while working in and around excessive piles of sawdust.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:  (a) South wall of main production area: On or about October 12, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to hazards associated with not being able to correctly identify the electrical disconnect switches to de-energize circuits in the event of an emergency.
