29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. Building 11, employees of United Florida Construction, Inc. were exposed to a 10 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used during framing work at the second floor balconies of the building, on or about 10/13/2016. b. Building 8, employees of United Florida Construction, Inc. were exposed to a 20 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used during roof joist framing work, on or about 10/13/2016. c. Building 8 and 11, employees of United Florida Construction, Inc. were exposed to a 10 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used during framing work at the second floor windows where standard railings were not installed on all window openings, on or about 10/13/2016.

At the yard area, employees of United Florida Construction, Inc. were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, extension cords were run across the road and were subject to getting run over by vehicular traffic without being protected from damage, on or about 10/13/2016.
