29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular hand fed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:    a. 3W Chimney Rock Road, Bound Brook, NJ - Shop    The employer did not ensure that the crosscut table saw was guarded.  Employees engaged in woodworking activities removed the table saw guards to cut materials.    Violation occurred on or about October 13, 2016
