(a)  Jim N Nicks Bar-B-Q, at 100 E. 120th Ave., North Glenn, CO 80234; On and before October 17, 2016, the employer failed to ensure that all passageways were kept in a clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition.  Condition resulted in an employee placing his right foot in hot oil which was being disposed of and had been left temporarily in a kitchen passageway.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employers did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training.     (a)  Jim N Nicks Bar-B-Q, at 100 E. 120th Ave. Unit E110, North Glenn, CO 80234; On and before October 17, 2016, the employer failed to develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program.  Condition exposed employees to hazards due to the use of various cleaners, degreasers and other products without adequate knowledge of the potential hazards of each product.
