29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:    a) Facility    Accumulations of plastic dust was present on and around the plastic grinding machines including electrical boxes and motor.  The dust was generated from grinding styrene and polypropylene and was found to be explosive.    Violation occurred on or about 10/21/16.
