29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):    Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  On 10/20/2016, workers from Charlies Construction LLC were installing shingles on a roof of a residential building located at 311-334 Bardic Circle, St. Peters, MO.  An employee was not wearing eye protection while using a pneumatic nail gun.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 10/20/2016, workers from Charlies Construction LLC were installing shingles on a roof of a residential building located at 311-334 Bardic Circle, St. Peters, MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   The crew leader and two employees were observed on the roof of the building approximately twenty-seven feet above the ground without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
