29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On or about October 21, 2016, during roof sheathing work, at a site located at 7674 Harvest Valley Ln., Pulaski WI 54162, the employer failed to ensure that employees used a fall protection system when exposed to falls approximately of 14 feet to the ground floor when working on a high slope roof of a one story house.
