On or about October 24, 2016,  standard electrical outlets were present in the spraying area where employees work with flammable paints. These outlets were not approved for Class I, Division1, Hazardous locations.    b. On or about October 24, 2016, an extension cord was run through the doorway of the paint mix room and into the spray room.
