This exposed the employees to fall hazards up to 18 feet from various locations on the roof to the ground below.   Springer, LLC dba Halfhide-Kline Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 655459, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on February 15, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1859 Warbly, Post Falls, ID 83854.
