29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide. On the east side of the work site, employees engaged in cornice activities on a commercial building from a single pole scaffold worked from a platform that was approximately 9 inches wide were exposed to fall hazards.
