Frequent and regular inspections were not made by a competent person, that resulted in employees exposed to fall of six floors.     NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     a) On or about 10/15/16, at the roof area of sixth floor of the site, Buffalo, NY. Employees, cleaning up the roof to get ready for repairs, were not protected by fall protection system(s).     NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
