29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): Portable fire extinguishers were not maintained in a fully charged and operable condition:      At the establishment on the east wall of the warehouse, the Ansul fire extinguisher was not fully charged and operable, exposing employees to the hazard of fire.     TGC Components, now operating as Wheel Pros, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.157(c)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1102734, Citation Number 1, Item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 10, 2016, with a final abatement date of March 09, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 3701 East Randol Mill Road, Suite 300, Arlington, Texas 76011.
