On or about October 27, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting carpentry operations were not provided training on how to minimize fall protection hazards, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with falls.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about October 27, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in framing operations on residential construction were not provided with fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately twenty-five (25) feet. b. On or about October 27, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in carpentry operations on residential construction were not provided with fall protection on window and door openings, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards greater than six (6) feet.
