Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to crushing or struck by hazards:      The hydraulic automotive lifts with inoperable safety latches and missing capacity markings were not inspected annually as required by ANSI/ALI AlOIM-2008, Standard for Automotive Lift Safety Requirements for Operation, Inspection and Maintenance; as well as the Manufacturers Installation Instructions and warning labels.    This hazard was observed on 10/31/16.
