29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(iv): The Exposure Control Plan was not reviewed and updated at least annually and whenever necessary to reflect new or modified tasks and procedures which affect occupational exposure and to reflect new or revised employee positions with occupational exposure.    Workplace - A review of the employer's written Exposure Control Plan on or about October 31, 2016 indicated that the plan, which employees having occupational exposure were covered by, listed March 2014 as its last review date.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
