(a) Bullet Swaging - On or about November 1, 2016 the employer was using Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) plastic pipes to transport compressed air.

29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided in this paragraph by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels.     (a) Bullet Manufacturing - Machine Operator was exposed to continuous noise at 112.2 % of the permissible daily noise (eight hour time weighted average sound level of 90 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of approximately 91 decibels during the 420 minutes sampling period on November 3, 2016 . Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the time not sampled.   (b) Bullet Manufacturing - Machine Operator was exposed to continuous noise at 81.2 % of the permissible daily noise (eight hour time weighted average sound level of 90 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of approximately  88 decibels during the 420 minutes sampling period on. Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the time not sampled.   (c) Bullet Manufacturing - Machine Operator was exposed to continuous noise at 80.0 % of the permissible daily noise (eight hour time weighted average sound level of 90 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of approximately  88 decibels during the 406 minutes sampling period on. Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the time not sampled.
