29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 7014 Rocky Road Loop., Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On or about November 2, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from the trusses while framing a house and the employees did not have fall protection exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 19 feet 4 inches to the floor below.
