OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.  (a)   Vineyard Apartments - On or about November 3, 2016 an employee was exposed to both struck by and roll over hazards while operating a John Deere Z930M Lawn Mower due to the driver operating the controls of the lawn mower from the front end of the vehicle while it  was in motion.  The employee was also making sudden turns using the zero turn controls from outside the drivers seat.
