29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: On or about October 26, 2016, on the west side of the job site, employees were installing insulation (ice and water) on a roof top at a height of approximately 11 feet without adequate fall protection.
