29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a working/walking surface with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    A).       on or about 11/07/2016, on the roof of 46-01 39th Ave. Sunnyside, NY    Employees working on the unprotected roof were not protected from falling. The employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 60 ft. to the ground at the exterior of the building.  ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

Employees using Mortar and Benjamin Paint were exposed to hazardous chemicals, such as, but not limited to silica.  ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
