29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:     (a) Lopez, Izaya at 4167 S. Quebec St., Denver, CO 80237:  On and before November 8, 2016, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees who were roofing a two story single family home were protected from fall hazards.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet.
