29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) On or about November 8, 2016 the employer had not provided the information and training outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2) and (3) on the chemicals used on site including, but not limited to, Kor-Chem Ink Remover.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: (a) Screen Cleaning Room: On or about November 8, 2016 employees used a compressed air hose that measured at 125 PSI with no pressure reducer or safety tip installed to reduce the pressure to below 30 PSI if the tip was dead ended.
