29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  At the job site located at 4541 Bauer Farm Dr., Lawrence, Kansas;  Employees engaged in painting activities, were exposed to fall hazards from approximately 10 feet in height from the edge of the second floor balcony to ground below, in that fall protection was not provided.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   At the residential construction site located at 4541 Bauer Farm Dr., Lawrence, Kansas; Employees engaged in painting activities were exposed to dermal and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals, in that the employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work.
