29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): All places of employment shall be kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allows: a. In the boat repair area behind the business, employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards, in that, excessive parts and equipment including but not limited to plastic containers, marine batteries, boat trailers, containers of fuel and oils, folding tables, boat anchors and tires were all everywhere and employees did not have a clear path to walk through, on or about 11/16/16.
