29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) On November 22, 2016, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA revealed the cash register near the gun range showed a lead surface contamination of 2876.28 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). b) On November 22, 2016, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA revealed the kitchen sink (knobs) showed a lead surface contamination of 1047.02 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). c) On November 22, 2016, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA revealed the refrigerator handles showed a lead surface contamination of 979.20 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). d) On November 22, 2016, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA revealed the microwave panel located in the kitchen area showed a lead surface contamination of 697.05 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). e) On November 22, 2016, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA revealed a locker handle located in the kitchen area showed a lead surface contamination of 473.25 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). f) On November 22, 2016, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA revealed the glass top counter located near the gun range showed a lead surface contamination of 378.67 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
