29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.      A.)  Warner's Hollow Construction, Inc.; Rt. 358, Greenville, PA - On or about 11/15/16, and at times prior thereto, employees were performing work activities above ground level on a hotel structure without any type of fall protection.  Employees were performing work activities that included, but were not limited to, setting trusses and installing guard rail systems.  Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 22 feet while performing the work activities from the roof areas.
