29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about September 7, 2016, in the wood department the employer had a Ryobi 10 inch table saw (model RTS10G). The table saw was used for ripping wood into slats for the construction of the middle vertical section of circular wooden spools. The 10 inch diameter saw blade was not guarded.
