29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a)  At 6991 Crimson Lane, Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On or about November 29, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to operate a pneumatic nail gun without wearing safety glasses while decking a roof exposing his employee to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 6991 Crimson Lane, Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On or about November 29, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to deck a high slope roof without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 8 feet 6 inches to the ground below.
