At this work site, employees conducted framing operations above 6 feet without a fall protection system in place.

29 CFR 1926.502(g)(1): When a controlled access zone was used to control access where leading edge and other operations are taking place the controlled access zone was not defined by a control line or other means that restrict access.  At this work site, employees conducted framing operations near the leading edge did not have a controlled access zone.
