At the jobsite located 369 East North Service Road, Wright City, Missouri, the employer did not provide a guard to ensure employee(s) were not exposed to the pulley system of a Koch Scalder/Dehairer (Model No.  100255; Serial No.  2M0828). The unguarded area left a gap mearsuing approximately 12 inches (L) x 8.6 inches (W).

At the jobsite located 369 East North Service Road, Wright City, Missouri, the employer did not provide guarding to protect operators from injury at the point of operation of a Hobart Meat Saw (Hobart Corporation, Troy, Ohio:  Model No. 5801; Serial No.  27-1097-885).  The unguarded blade measured approximately 11 inches.
