29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a- 61 Overbrook Drive, Princeton NJ: On or about 12/01/16, a company employee was exposed to struck by hazards when working directly beneath employees performing roof shingle installation and other roofing related activities approximately 9 feet above this employee.  This exposed employee was not wearing head protection at the time of the exposure/worksite inspection

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a- 61 Overbrook Drive, Princeton NJ: On or about 12/01/16, company employees performing roof shingle installation and other roofing related activities from a pitched roof were exposed to falls of approximately 9 feet to the ground below when they were not provided with any fall protection.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): A training program was not provided to each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards, to enable that employee to recognize the hazards of falling, and be trained in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards:  a- 61 Overbrook Drive, Princeton NJ: On or about 12/01/16, company employees performing roof shingle installation and other roofing related activities from a pitched roof were exposed to falls of approximately 9 feet to the ground below when they were not provided with any fall protection.  At the time of this worksite inspection the worksite company employees had not received fall protection training.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
