29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) First Floor: The super sprayed various cleaning chemicals including but not limited to: Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner with Bleach (sodium hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide) and suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use (e.g., an emergency eyewash); on or about 12/19/16. b) Basement: The super sprayed various cleaning chemicals including but not limited to Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner with Bleach (sodium hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide) and poured Zep Heavy Duty Concrete and Masonry Floor Cleaner (2-(2-butoxyethoxy) ethanol and sodium hydroxide) and NuBrite Coil Cleaner (sodium hydroxide) and suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use (e.g., an emergency eyewash); on or about 1/16/17.
