29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 7937 Oak Crest (Lot 2) The Oaks Subdivision Montgomery, Alabama; On or about November 30, 2016 and at times prior thereto, the employer failed to ensure his employees were protected from fall hazards of 12 feet 6 inches to the ground below in that the employer did not ensure employees engaged in framing activities were provided with or using fall protection.
