Jobsite: The employees, working in an excavation that ranged in depth up to 16 feet deep were not protected from cave-ins by the use of appropriate cave-in protection system/device.    On or about 10/10/2016, a side wall of the excavation/trench caved in, and an employee sustained multiple broken bones injuries from the incident.
