29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.      a- North Side of Building, 7201 Westfield Avenue, Pennsauken NJ: Four company employees were exposed to fall hazards when performing gutter installation and other related activities while standing/working at the unprotected edges of a commercial building's roof while either not properly utilizing or not using fall protection at all.  As such these employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 16 feet to the ground surface below. Condition observed on or about 12/05/16.
