29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  (a) Center of the production floor:  On December 6, 2016 the pipe crimper, roller had exposed rotating parts creating in-running nip points and potential caught-in hazards which were not guarded from unintentional contact   (b)  West corner of the production floor:  On December 6, 2016 the "bull-noser" press had exposed moving parts creating  pinch points which were not guarded from unintentional contact  (c) Southwest wall of the production floor:  On December 6, 2016 the Jet 15" variable speed drill press had was not guarded from unintentional contact  Note: Abatement certification is required for this item
