29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):   Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  The employer is failing to ensure that employees are provided effective training on the workplace written hazard communication program which includes workplace labeling and safety data sheets exposing them to possible chemical injuries.  This was most recently documented on December 6, 2016 at 2201 Ridgeview Dr. Beatrice, Nebraska.  Employees work with chemicals including but not limited to,  Acetylene, Anti Splatter Welco 1620, Argon, Carbon dioxide, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Tungsten Electrode.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):     The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:  The employer is failing to ensure that employees are provided information on the workplace written hazard communication program which includes workplace labeling and safety data sheets exposing them to possible chemical injuries.   This was most recently documented on December 6, 2016 at 2201 Ridgeview Dr. Beatrice, Nebraska.
