29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employee(s) to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands were exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances such as chemical burns:  On or about 12/6/2016 in the production/warehouse area at 1620 Satellite Blvd Suite C, Duluth, GA 30097: Employees were exposed to a chemical burn hazard while changing out propane tanks on the powered industrial truck and cleaning metal material with degreaser chemical.  The employer provided the employees cloth gloves to wear when they are exposed to the chemicals.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  On or about 12/6/2016 in the production/warehouse area at 1620 Satellite Blvd Suite C, Duluth, GA 30097: A written hazard communication plan was not developed where employees are required to work with chemicals such as but not limited to: heavy degreaser, propane, and other chemicals as a part of their daily duties.  Safety data sheets were provided during the walk-around inspection.
