Overlook at Olde Atlanta Subdivision, Suwannee, GA - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employees  were performing roofing activities with pneumatic nail guns without wearing impact resistant eye protection, on  or about 12/13/16.

Overlook at Olde Atlanta Subdivision, Suwannee, GA -  Employee were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet, while performing roofing work such as, installing roof shingles on the elevated roof area of a new residential structure without the use of fall protection, on or about 12/13/16.

The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head.  a.  Overlook at Olde Atlanta Subdivision, Suwannee, GA -  Employee were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet, while performing roofing work such as, installing shingles on the elevated roof area of a new residential structure.  Several roofers were observed wearing the body harness attachment point in the front of the employee's body, on or about 12/13/16.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to upper landing surfaces, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladders were used to gain access:  a.  Overlook at Olde Atlanta Subdivision, Suwannee, GA - Employees were exposed to fall hazard.  Employees were using portable extension ladders that did not extend 3 feet above the upper landing while accessing the ladder to get to the roof of the residential home, on or about 12/13/16.
